If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of purchase to info@monnamie.com and we will get back to you within 3 business days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, we will gladly offer a refund on all products (unused and in its original packaging) returned to us within ten days of your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
After the 10-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
If the damage to the product is caused accidentally by the customer, a refund or return policy does NOT apply.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, you can ask for a refund or replacement of that item. Visual proof of the damaged product needs to be provided no later than 3 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges)
